Monday Blues

Mum was back at work today which means I was stuck indoors with That Precious Persian Daisy (TPPD) all day.

She spent the day staking out the dining room so I did what any self respecting cat would do and took myself off to bed. Now I am suitably refreshed - it's a tough job sleeping all day, and Mum is home so I can get out and about. TPPD isn't allowed outside so it means I'm restricted too when Mum is out. Fortunately, Mum says she'll be going home in three days and then I get my freedom back.

I headed straight outside to my friends the horses and sheep in the field behind the house. It took me a little while to get used to them but now I realise they don't actually want to eat me, we've become quite good pals.

Anyway, have to dash - I hear mice outside so must go and investigate....
